For whatever reason, I don’t think I have ever seen a Bartlett Collins glass cookie jar here in Ohio. They were located in Oklahoma until they were purchased by Indiana Glass in the early 80’s, so maybe not too many cookie jars found their way across the Mississippi?
Anyway, they are on my thrifting bucket list – this one, in particular:

There are lots of fun designs besides this one out there, really I would be happy to find any of them at this point… They are fairly easy to identify as Bartlett Collins, with their very recognizable lid style.

I have a white one with strawberries.
i have the beige bodied cookie jar with brown flower, but it has a clear lid. Most that I have seen on ebay or etsy are with the colored lids. Why the clear lid versus colored, anyone know?
The one you described should have a brown lid & it most likely broke and the previous owner just replaced it with a clear lid. :)

I have the yellow one with fruit. Love it cause we had one when I was a child.
Found one in Columbus, Ohio today! It’s the green glass one with mushrooms. Found it at Magpie Market, my favorite vintage store!
