Thrift Haul – Slim Pickins!
I worked hard this weekend – I hit a lot of sales, including 2 community yard sales, but I didn’t manage to come home with much. I had to walk out of an estate sale that had a TON of great stuff that I would have loved to have grabbed, but even at half off the prices were out of my range… I almost wrote a rant post about estate sale prices, and I still might – needless to say, I have THOUGHTS. lol
Here’s what I did find:
Wicker paper tray, deer salt and pepper shakers, red made in England Dr. Martens (best find of the weekend for sure!), Irvingware serving set, green leather laptop bag, Eddie Bauer backpack, silver rim glasses set, and a couple of books that are falling apart, but have cool illustrations inside that I can list on Etsy.
Took a chance on some cool 70’s & 80’s metal belt buckles – I’ve not sold many in the past, but I thought they were neat and the price was right… Wish me luck with them!

I agree about the estate sales. Some of the recent ones I’ve attended having been outrageously expensive.
